These terms govern the use of eaverdict.com and the purchase of EA Verdict audit reports (“audits”).

2. What we sell

Audits are digital reports (HTML and PDF) that analyze MetaTrader 5 strategy-tester artifacts: catalog audits of publicly available expert advisors tested under our documented protocol, audits of tester reports you upload, and requested catalog audits. Delivery is by download link and email.

3. What an audit is — and is not

• An audit is software and statistical analysis of a simulation. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument, and not a recommendation to buy or avoid any software product.
• Audits describe the analyzed artifacts (versions, window, settings are stated inside each audit). Past simulated performance does not predict future results. Simulations differ from live trading.
• Verdicts are our documented, evidence-based opinion derived from the stated methodology.

4. No affiliation

Product and vendor names belong to their owners. Audits reference them for identification only. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any EA vendor, broker or prop firm.

5. Your license

On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased audit for your own evaluation. You may not republish, resell or redistribute audit content. Short quotations with attribution are permitted.

6. Uploaded files

• You confirm you are entitled to upload the files you submit.
• Uploads are processed to produce your audit. Account identifiers are stripped at ingest. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may power our benchmarks.
• We never reproduce an uploaded or audited strategy as a product.

7. Delivery

Catalog audits are delivered immediately after payment. Audits of uploaded reports and requested audits are typically delivered within 24 hours to your checkout email; this is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. If we cannot deliver, you receive a full refund.

8. Withdrawal for EU/EEA consumers

Audits are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. At checkout you must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented). 9. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include applicable VAT/sales tax where charged. Orders are processed by Stripe (Managed Payments), which handles payment data and collects and remits applicable taxes. We never see your card details.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability per order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for trading losses or other consequential damages arising from the use of an audit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Consumers additionally keep the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders; the version at the time of your order applies to it. If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
