1. Who we are

These terms govern the use of eaverdict.com and every purchase made on it. The version shown here at the time of your order applies to that order.
2. What we sell

Free of charge: requesting a catalog audit, catalog audits of EAs listed or rented at 200 USD or less (after a price cut, once the lower price has held for 60 days), the verdict lamps on every audit page, the free browser check of your own report, the blog, the Verdict Index data and our email course.
3. What an audit or report is, and what it is not
- An audit or monitoring report is software and statistical analysis of simulation and account data. It is not investment advice, not a trading signal, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument, and not a recommendation to buy or avoid any software product.
- It describes the analyzed data only; versions, window, settings and capital basis are stated inside. Past or simulated results do not predict future results, and simulations differ from live trading.
- Verdicts are our documented opinion derived from the published method.
4. No affiliation
Product and vendor names belong to their owners and appear for identification only. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any EA vendor, broker or prop firm, and we never accept payment to change a verdict.
5. Your license
On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use what you bought for your own evaluation. You may not republish, resell or redistribute it. Short quotations with attribution are permitted. The Verdict Index data is published under CC BY 4.0 with attribution to the linked audit.
6. Access without an account
You need no account and no password. Your checkout email is your access: we send download and library links there. Library links stay valid for 30 days, and you can request a fresh one at any time on eaverdict.com/my. Keep these emails private; anyone holding a valid link can open your purchases.
7. Lifetime access
- Lifetime access covers every catalog audit that is published, now and later, for as long as we operate the EA Verdict catalog. The lifetime price rises as the paid catalog grows; the price you paid does not change afterwards.
- It covers catalog audits only. Audits of your uploaded reports and monitoring reports are separate products.
- If we ever close the catalog, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance by email, and you can download every audit in your library until the closing date.
8. Monitoring reports (pilot)
- After payment, send us one MetaTrader 5 report for the period you want checked, or grant read-only investor access. Never send a trading or master password.
- The report compares the EA's version and settings when you name the version and attach the .set file in your reply to the order email, its commission per lot, the whole account's drawdown and the number of positions open at once, and its trading behavior (frequency, adding to open positions, holding overnight) against its audit and against limits agreed with you before we start. Swap is reported per lot; spread and the floating loss of open positions are not part of the comparison, because a trade history does not contain them. Purpose, retention period and deletion of your data are agreed at the same time.
- We agree the delivery date with you when we have your data. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of payment, you receive a full refund.
- One payment covers one report. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
9. Files and data you send us
- You confirm you are entitled to send the files and data you submit.
- We use them to produce what you ordered. Uploads are stored under a random ID; we discard the file name and remove your MT5 account number from the report before storing it, and account numbers never appear in an audit, a report or a statistic. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may power our benchmarks.
- We keep the uploads of an order until you ask us to delete them, so we can answer questions about your audit; the delivered audit stays available after a deletion. An upload without a completed order is deleted automatically after 14 days. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
- We never reproduce an uploaded or audited strategy as a product.
10. Delivery
Catalog audits and lifetime access are available as soon as the payment is confirmed, which for a card is right away. Audits of uploaded reports are typically delivered within 24 hours to your checkout email; this is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. Monitoring reports follow section 8. If we cannot deliver what you ordered, you receive a full refund.
11. Withdrawal for EU/EEA consumers
- Catalog audits, lifetime access and audits of uploaded reports are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (for lifetime access: when your audit library is first made available). Before an audit of an uploaded report is delivered, you can withdraw for a full refund.
- Monitoring reports are a digital service. At checkout you expressly request that we begin within the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the report has been delivered in full. If you withdraw after we have begun but before delivery, we refund the price minus a proportionate amount for the work already done; before we begin, you receive a full refund.

12. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD and include applicable VAT/sales tax where charged. Every purchase is a single payment; nothing renews automatically. Orders are processed by Stripe (Managed Payments), which handles payment data and collects and remits applicable taxes. We never see your card details.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability per order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for trading losses or other consequential damages arising from the use of an audit or report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Consumers additionally keep the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
15. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders; the version at the time of your order applies to it. If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
16. Our videos on YouTube
We publish short videos about our own audits on our YouTube channel @eaverdict, using the YouTube API Services. Watching or interacting with those videos on YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle data in connection with YouTube is described in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
