In practice this means:
If we cannot deliver your audit, you receive a full refund. If an audit is defective — e.g. it does not match the uploaded artifacts — contact us within 14 days of delivery; we will correct it or refund you. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of approval.
