Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Version 1.3, effective 2026-09-30

1. Audits and lifetime access: digital content

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, this right expires when delivery begins, provided you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right (Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented). Our catalog and lifetime checkout collects exactly this consent as a required checkbox:

“I agree to the Terms of Service and expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content. I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.”

The audit of an uploaded report ends its checkbox with: “I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the audit has been delivered.”

In practice this means:

Catalog audits are delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed; the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun.
Lifetime access: delivery begins when your audit library is first made available to you; the right of withdrawal expires then.
Audits of uploaded reports: the right of withdrawal expires when we deliver your audit. Before delivery you can withdraw at any time and receive a full refund.

2. Monitoring reports: a digital service

A monitoring report is a service we perform on the data you send. Here the right of withdrawal expires only once the report has been delivered in full. The monitoring checkout asks for this consent:

“I agree to the Terms of Service and expressly request that you begin the service within the 14-day withdrawal period. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the report has been delivered in full.”

Before we begin (usually before you have sent your data), you can withdraw for a full refund.
After we have begun but before delivery, you can still withdraw; we refund the price minus a proportionate amount for the work already done.
If we cannot deliver within 30 days of payment, you receive a full refund.

3. Non-delivery and defects

If we cannot deliver what you ordered, you receive a full refund. If an audit or report is defective (for example, it does not match the data you sent), contact us within 14 days of delivery; we will correct it or refund you. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

5. Model withdrawal form

If you wish to withdraw from the contract before delivery, you can use this form (not mandatory):
